I learnt to crochet as a child but it was really only after I retired that I developed my own designs.

I love, Rainbows, Butterflies, Flowers, Bees, Honey, Hexagons, Snowflakes, Symmetry, Mathematics, and Dragons. You will find many of these in my patterns. 

I am fond of creating thread bookmarks but I am also very interested in creating designs based on Celtic plaitwork and knots, maybe due to my Welsh heritage. As well, I enjoy creating things inspired by nature like my African violets and snowflakes. More recently I have designed a couple of blankets featuring a whole array of rainbow colours.

I already publish my patterns on Ravelry as Rainbow Junkie and I will be adding more of those patterns here as I have time.
